E ai galera, blz? Enfim… chegamos na reta final de 2008, mais algumas horas e 2009 esta ai, acho que esse ano foi muito bom para o Metal, espero que 2009 seja ainda melhor, para o blog eu sei que o ano promete, quero colocar muitas idéias que tenho em prática, se Deus quiser vou conseguir. Continuo contando com as visitas de todos vocês, o blog é meu, mas é feito para vocês que acessam, que se acostumaram a descobrir novas bandas por aqui ou então matar a saudade dos clássicos e até mesmo encontrar algumas coisas beeem atípicas que o velho kid posta de vez enquando.
Sinto não conseguir agradar a todo mundo, mas com o tempo aprendi que isso é perfeitamente normal, impossível agradar todas as pessoas, cada uma tem um gosto, uma preferência, uma afinidade maior com aquela ou essa banda, tentei dosar o que eu gosto com o que eu “acho” que muitos gostam, enfim… acho que minha tarefa foi bem executada, mas me desculpe se desapontei alguém.
Estou muito feliz com este novo blog que minha namorada desenvolveu, sou eternamente grato a ela por isso, fico feliz também de saber que a maioria esmagadora também gostou, mas quero deixá-lo ainda melhor em 2009.

Sam Dunn, um antropólogo canadense resolveu fazer um documentário sobre uma das suas maiores paixões, que o acompanha desde sua adolescência, o bom e velho HEAVY METAL. Sam, nos leva para uma viagem a esse mundo fascinante, temos então a oportunidade de conhecer as raizes, os estilos, os fans, as bandas mais importantes e temos também entrevistas com os músicos mais notáveis do gênero, não vou citar nomes, mas tem uma galera realmente de peso!!! Mais um lançamento de fim de ano, e que lançamento diga-se de passagem, esse é o segundo trabalho do Hibria, banda brazuca, já tive a oportunidade de vê-los ao vivo no antigo BMU, os caras manda bem e são gente fina. Esse álbum ta bem power, é de tirar o fôlego, destaque para todas as tracks.

Até que enfim lançaram esse álbum, eu conheço essa banda faz muito tempo, eu tenho o primeiro álbum deles, estava mesmo pensando em postar, mas não sei onde foi parar o meu cd, então agora aproveito pra divulgar esse novo trabalho, com uma nova formação, para quem não se ligou ainda, é uma banda nacional. Gostei muito trabalho deles. Eu destaco inicialmente as tracks: No Answers, Contradiction e Runnin’ from Fallin’, essa última tem um solo muito loko, também gostaria de destacar a batera, Nina Pará a mina manda muito bem na baquetas.

Olha só que interessante, ainda não acabou o ano, mas os lançamentos de 2009 já começam a dar as caras, temos aqui o novo trabalho do Sepultura, este o primeiro sem a participação dos irmãos Cavalera. Não sou especialista no assunto, mas me parece um thrash bem “leve”, achei até legal, mas ainda não é a minha praia, eu destaco as tracks: We’ve Lost You, Sadistic Values e Strike. Essas A-Lex I, II, III e IV são instrumentais, agora só queria que alguém me explicasse que raio é essa Ludwig Van??? Música do Top Gun???
